Annual immigration reached 5,419 persons in 2012 in Slovakia, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 12.2% more than in the previous year.
Historically, annual immigration in Slovakia reached an all time high of 17,820 persons in 2008 and an all time low of 2,023 persons in 2001.
