Based on a comparison of 88 countries in 2022, China ranked the highest in eggplant production with 38,285 kt followed by India and Egypt. On the other end of the scale was Sweden with 0.020 kt, Djibouti with 0.059 kt and Costa Rica with 0.096 kt.
