Based on a comparison of 23 countries in 2013, South Korea ranked the highest in Gender Pay Gap (As % of Monthly Earnings) with 36.6% followed by Japan and Canada. On the other end of the scale was New Zealand with 5.60%, Belgium with 6.40% and Greece with 6.90%.
