Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2022, Turkey ranked the highest in hazelnut production with 765,000 tonnes followed by Italy and Azerbaijan. On the other end of the scale was Bhutan with 13.0 tonnes, Cyprus with 20.0 tonnes and Lithuania with 40.0 tonnes.
