Based on a comparison of 126 countries in 2013, Singapore ranked the highest in high-tech exports as a percentage of GDP with 44.5% followed by Malaysia and Vietnam. On the other end of the scale was Kenya with < 0.001%, Central African Republic with < 0.001% and Panama with < 0.001%.
