Based on a comparison of 98 countries in 2017, Russia ranked the highest in proved reserves of natural gas with 1,688 trillion cb ft followed by Iran and Qatar. On the other end of the scale was Albania with 0.029 trillion cb ft, Dem. Republic of the Congo with 0.035 trillion cb ft and Greece with 0.035 trillion cb ft.
