Based on a comparison of 70 countries in 2022, China ranked the highest in greasy wool production with 356,193 tonnes followed by Australia and New Zealand. On the other end of the scale was Belarus with 98.0 tonnes, Malaysia with 169 tonnes and Montenegro with 240 tonnes.
