Based on a comparison of 18 countries in 2022, India ranked the highest in jute production with 1,757,160 tonnes followed by Bangladesh and Cambodia. On the other end of the scale was Myanmar with 10.1 tonnes, Pakistan with 14.1 tonnes and Brazil with 21.0 tonnes.
