Lignite coal production reached 205 kt in 2007 in Ukraine, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 19.8% less than in the previous year.
Historically, lignite coal production in Ukraine reached an all time high of 6,370 kt in 1992 and an all time low of 205 kt in 2007.
