Based on a comparison of 29 countries in 2009, Cyprus ranked the highest in minutes spent on the phone per mobile phone user with 5,410 mins followed by Iceland and Norway. On the other end of the scale was Switzerland with 649 mins, Malta with 711 mins and Germany with 782 mins.
