Based on a comparison of 47 countries in 2018, Israel ranked the highest in mobile termination rates (MTR) with USD 0.083 followed by Mexico and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was USA with USD 0 , Colombia with USD < 0.001 and Malta with USD 0.005 .
