Mushroom and truffle production reached 24,056 tonnes in 2022 in Belarus, according to Faostat. This is 20.4% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mushroom and truffle production in Belarus reached an all time high of 31,731 tonnes in 2020 and an all time low of 4,200 tonnes in 1999.
