Mushroom and truffle production reached 256,800 tonnes in 2022 in Poland, according to Faostat. This is 32.2% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mushroom and truffle production in Poland reached an all time high of 378,800 tonnes in 2021 and an all time low of 894 tonnes in 1964.
