Based on a comparison of 40 countries in 2010, USA ranked the highest in number injured per 100,000 passenger cars with 16,310 persons followed by Malta and Turkey. On the other end of the scale was Lithuania with 250 persons, Finland with 267 persons and Poland with 284 persons.
