Based on a comparison of 123 countries in 2011, China ranked the highest in number of internet users with 460 mil followed by USA and Japan. On the other end of the scale was Seychelles with 0.038 mil, Guinea Bissau with 0.041 mil and Comoros with 0.041 mil.
