Official production of pgi wine reached 207 1,000 hl in 2016 in Germany, according to Eurostat. This is 26.3% less than in the previous year.
Historically, official production of PGI wine in Germany reached an all time high of 323 1,000 hl in 2013 and an all time low of 35.0 1,000 hl in 2011.
