Based on a comparison of 159 countries in 2021, Poland ranked the highest in pork meat consumption per capita with 56.2 kg followed by Croatia and Montenegro. On the other end of the scale was Algeria with 0.010 kg, South Sudan with 0.010 kg and Mauritania with 0.010 kg.
