Based on a comparison of 22 countries in 2011, Latvia ranked the highest in employees of postal service per outlet with 2.04 persons followed by United Kingdom and Ireland. On the other end of the scale was Portugal with 0.076 persons, Greece with 0.106 persons and Spain with 0.113 persons.
