Production of Acidified Cows' Milk (yoghurts and other) in Latvia

Production of acidified cows' milk reached 44.1 kt in 2016 in Latvia, according to Eurostat. This is 7.46% more than in the previous year.

Historically, production of acidified cows' milk in Latvia reached an all time high of 45.5 kt in 2007 and an all time low of 34.6 kt in 2004.

Latvia has been ranked 24th within the group of 30 countries we follow in terms of production of acidified cows' milk.
