Production of Cows' Milk Butter (incl. dehydrated butter and ghee) and Other Fats and Oils in Germany

Production of cows' milk butter reached 516 kt in 2016 in Germany, according to Eurostat. This is 0.232% less than in the previous year.

Historically, production of cows' milk butter in Germany reached an all time high of 627 kt in 1983 and an all time low of 392 kt in 1988.
