Production of Cows' Milk Butter (incl. dehydrated butter and ghee) and Other Fats and Oils in Slovenia

Production of cows' milk butter reached 2.37 kt in 2016 in Slovenia, according to Eurostat. This is 5.33% more than in the previous year.

Historically, production of cows' milk butter in Slovenia reached an all time high of 4.99 kt in 2003 and an all time low of 2.25 kt in 2015.
