Production of soft wheat and spelt reached 1,800 kt in 2013 in Sweden, according to Eurostat. This is 18.4% less than in the previous year.
Historically, production of soft wheat and spelt in Sweden reached an all time high of 2,314 kt in 2004 and an all time low of 1,193 kt in 1988.
