Based on a comparison of 24 countries in 2015, Norway ranked the highest in production of wheat and spelt with 497,482 kt followed by France and Germany. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 0.100 kt, Luxembourg with 91.1 kt and Slovenia with 152 kt.
