Based on a comparison of 28 countries in 2015, France ranked the highest in production value of soft wheat and spelt with EUR 6,196 mil followed by Germany and United Kingdom. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with EUR 0.010 mil, Luxembourg with EUR 14.3 mil and Slovenia with EUR 26.0 mil.
