Production value of wheat and spelt reached EUR 727 mil in 2016 in Hungary, according to Eurostat. This is 12.2% less than in the previous year.
Historically, production value of wheat and spelt in Hungary reached an all time high of EUR 858 mil in 2008 and an all time low of EUR 223 mil in 1999.
