Based on a comparison of 58 countries in 2018, Hong Kong ranked the highest in progression to secondary school with 99.9% followed by Montenegro and Brunei. On the other end of the scale was Mauritania with 65.6%, Suriname with 66.4% and Tanzania with 71.0%.
