Rabbit meat production reached 1,084 tonnes in 2022 in Rwanda, according to Faostat. This is 47.8% less than in the previous year.
Historically, rabbit meat production in Rwanda reached an all time high of 4,498 tonnes in 2016 and an all time low of 39.6 tonnes in 1961.
Rwanda has been ranked 17th within the group of 39 countries we follow in terms of rabbit meat production.
