Fresh sheep milk production reached 270,000 tonnes in 2017 in France, according to Faostat. This is 7.83% less than in the previous year.
Historically, fresh sheep milk production in France reached an all time high of 292,945 tonnes in 2016 and an all time low of 78,500 tonnes in 1962.
