Dry skimmed milk production reached 1,142,678 tonnes in 2014 in the European Union, according to Faostat. This is 4.42% more than in the previous year.
Historically, dry skimmed milk production in the European Union reached an all time high of 3,004,213 tonnes in 1983 and an all time low of 425,571 tonnes in 1961.
