Based on a comparison of 38 countries in 2022, Russia ranked the highest in sour cherry production with 297,200 tonnes followed by Poland and Ukraine. On the other end of the scale was Bolivia with 71.7 tonnes, Slovenia with 90.0 tonnes and Sweden with 180 tonnes.
