Tea production reached 207,600 tonnes in 2022 in Malawi, according to Faostat. This is 14.4% less than in the previous year.
Historically, tea production in Malawi reached an all time high of 253,800 tonnes in 2020 and an all time low of 11,929 tonnes in 1963.
