Based on a comparison of 27 countries in October 2016, Spain ranked the highest in Unemployment Rate - Females (ILO definition) with 21.0% followed by Croatia and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Japan with 2.60%, Iceland with 2.90% and Germany with 3.80%.
