Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 110 kt in 2015 in Estonia, according to Eurostat. This is 18.9% more than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Estonia reached an all time high of 171 kt in 2003 and an all time low of 48.0 kt in 2010.
