Utilization of Whole Milk for Butter, incl. Dehydrated Butter and Ghee and Other Fats and Oils (kt) in Lithuania

Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 146 kt in 2015 in Lithuania, according to Eurostat. This is 51.7% less than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Lithuania reached an all time high of 301 kt in 2014 and an all time low of 141 kt in 2005.
