Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 770 kt in 2015 in Sweden, according to Eurostat. This is 5.02% more than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Sweden reached an all time high of 1,132 kt in 1997 and an all time low of 495 kt in 2011.
