Utilization of whole milk for traditional butter reached 56.5 kt in 2015 in Latvia, according to Eurostat. This is 25.9% less than in the previous year.
Historically, utilization of whole milk for traditional butter in Latvia reached an all time high of 76.3 kt in 2014 and an all time low of 27.4 kt in 2012.
