Russia's Judicial System

This issue of the Russian Analytical Digest examines legal issues in Russia. Specifically, it considers problems related to the reform of the judicial system and the second trial of Mikhail Khodorkovsky. Additionally, this issue examines the trial of murdered Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya and presents results of an opinion poll on the courts in Russia.
