Access to electricity as a share of population reached 100 % in 2016 in Vietnam, according to World Bank / EIA. This is the same as in the previous year.

Historically, access to electricity as a share of population in Vietnam reached an all time high of 100 % in 2012 and an all time low of 74.1 % in 1990.
