Access to electricity as a share of population reached 38.1 % in 2016 in Zimbabwe, according to World Bank / EIA. This is 13.2 % more than in the previous year.

Historically, access to electricity as a share of population in Zimbabwe reached an all time high of 43.4 % in 2009 and an all time low of 28.1 % in 1994.
