Akbank accounted for 9.25% of all consumer loans issued in Turkey at the end of 2017. Historically, the bank’s market share in consumer loans reached an all time high of 11.7% in 2014 and an all time low of 6.83% in 2011.
That's compared to a 11.0% market share the bank held in terms of total assets at the end of 2017.
