Banca Transilvania's customer loan growth reached 7.63% in 2020, up from 6.47% compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s loans growth reached an all time high of 121% in 2003 and an all time low of 5.07% in 2014. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 13.2%.
On the other hand, bank's customer deposit growth amounted to 18.1% at the end of 2020, down from 18.2% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s deposit growth reached an all time high of 107% in 2000 and an all time low of 8.37% in 2016. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 17.8%.
At the end of 2020, Banca Transilvania's loans accounted for 46.4% of total deposits and 39.2% of total assets.
