Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of EUR 7,071 mil in 2009 and an all time low of EUR 1,734 mil in 2016. The average revenue in the last five years amounted to EUR 4,173 mil.
Net interest income represented 54.8% of total revenues, fee income contributed 39.8% and other non-interest income added further 5.32% to the overall revenue generation in 2017.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 1.75% total assets in 2017, up from 1.64% a year earlier.
