Bank deposits rose 5.27% to USD 362 bil in Singapore in 2016, according to the National Central Bank.
Historically, bank deposits in Singapore reached an all time high of USD 426 bil in 2013 and an all time low of USD 0.361 bil in 1964. When compared to Singapore's main peers, bank deposits in Indonesia amounted to USD 336 bil, USD 360 bil in Malaysia, USD 176 bil in Philippines and USD 310 bil in Thailand in 2016.
