Bank equity reached 107 SGD bil in fourth quarter of 2016 in Singapore, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.2 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, bank equity in Singapore reached an all time high of 107 SGD bil in fourth quarter of 2016 and an all time low of 42.1 SGD bil in fourth quarter of 2008. When compared to Singapore's main peers, bank equity in Indonesia amounted to 924,402 IDR bil, 262 MYR bil in Malaysia, 1,131 PHP bil in Philippines and 2,098 THB bil in Thailand in fourth quarter of 2016.
