Bank Handlowy generated total banking revenues of PLN 546 mil in the fourth quarter of 2017, up 9.06% when compared to the same period of last year and 3.02% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of PLN 795 mil in 1Q2013 and an all time low of PLN 449 mil in 1Q2016. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to PLN 514 mil.
Net interest income represented 53.1% of total revenues, fee income contributed 26.5% and other non-interest income added further 20.4% to the overall revenue generation in 4Q2017.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 5.08% total assets in the fourth quarter of 2017, up from 4.43% a year earlier.
When compared to bank's main peers, PKO BP generated total revenues of 4.20% of assets in 4Q2017 Pekao SA operated with 4.36% revenue margin and ING Bank Slaski produced total income worth 3.88% of assets.
