Bank Intesa Serbia's cost to income ratio reached 43.7% in 2015, down from 45.0% when compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s costs reached an all time high of 73.6% of income in 2008 and an all time low of 40.4% in 2005.
When compared to total assets, bank's cost amounted to 2.82% in 2015, down from 2.96% a year earlier.
Staff accounted for 40.4% of total operating expenditures in 2015. The bank operated a network of 170 branches and employed 3,010 persons in 2015.
When compared to bank's main peers, Komercijalna Banka Beograd operated in 2015 with a cost to income ratio of 65.1% in 2015, Societe Generale Serbia reached 61.7% and Raiffeisenbank Serbia some 57.2%.
