Historically, bank loans growth in USD terms in the European Union reached an all time high of 26.9% in 2003 and an all time low of -7.00% in 2010. When compared to European Union's main peers, bank loans growth in USD terms in China amounted to 19.0%, 3.45% in Japan, 9.35% in Russia and 5.07% in USA in 2017.
