Bank loans rose 27.0% to USD 2.98 bil in Kosovo in 2017, according to the National Central Bank.
Historically, bank loans in Kosovo reached an all time high of USD 2.98 bil in 2017 and an all time low of USD 1.94 bil in 2010. When compared to Kosovo's main peers, bank loans in Albania amounted to USD 5.48 bil, USD 5.83 bil in Macedonia, USD 2.61 bil in Montenegro and USD 27.5 bil in Serbia in 2017.
