Bank net profit reached 2,168 PEN mil in third quarter of 2017 in Peru, according to the National Central Bank. This is 13.2 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, bank net profit in Peru reached an all time high of 2,171 PEN mil in fourth quarter of 2016 and an all time low of 1,103 PEN mil in second quarter of 2011. When compared to Peru's main peers, bank net profit in Bolivia amounted to 473 BOB mil, 514,263 CLP mil in Chile and 1,917,240 COP mil in Colombia in third quarter of 2017.
