Bank regulatory capital reached 1.92 LTL bil in third quarter of 2016 in Lithuania, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.71 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, bank regulatory capital in Lithuania reached an all time high of 2.32 LTL bil in fourth quarter of 2015 and an all time low of 1.89 LTL bil in second quarter of 2016. When compared to Lithuania's main peers, bank regulatory capital in Belarus amounted to 83,278 BYR bil, 2.80 LVL bil in Latvia and 9,098 RUB bil in Russia in third quarter of 2016.
